Allowing.. actually TEACHING your dog to play with old shoes is simply a disaster waiting to happen!
Dog's cannot distinguish between which shoes with laces they can play with and which shoes with laces they cannot!
I sure wouldn't want to leave my shoes by the door if I went to visit someone who'd taught their dog to play with shoes!
