Chase a treat dog toy

All you need is cardboard, tape, yarn, and a treat!

First you take the cardboard and tape a treat on it. Then tape a piece of yarn to the box, and there you have it - a nice chase a treat toy!

Note. Simply replace treat when eaten by dog!


Editor's note: Allison, thank you for this simple but lovely idea! This Chase A Treat dog toy would most likely work best with smaller dogs using the yarn. You could use something sturdier such as twine, for larger dogs. Rather than taping the treat to the cardboard, which could lead to a dog swallowing the tape, how about punching two holes in it about 2 to 3 inches apart. Then you could tie the treat on.
