Dog Party Hat Decorations
Start by covering your cardboard-constructed hats with paper or cloth. These may be glued on or paper may be folded to mold to the hat and taped on the inside. The covering could be enough decoration in itself if the cloth or paper is shiny and/or has patterns in it. However, if you feel like spending more time and want some creative options, read on! The above were created from things we had on hand while camping. The first hat is decorated with fish bones; the second with cutouts from a newspaper advertising Halloween; the third from an empty dry milk box; and the fourth is also from an old newspaper.
