Doggie Tux

My dog will be going to this wedding so I thought it would look cute to make him a tux.

Can you give us any details as to how you plan to make it, such as:
What measurements will you take?
Do you have a sewing pattern you are going to use?
Is the black part one piece or is it made of four separate pieces of cloth?
What will you use to fasten the doggie tux under the belly?
Will you attach the white shirt piece to the black part or is that a separate piece that attaches to the bow tie?
Is the bow tie band made of stretchy elastic or is it fastened with velcro?
