Homemade Dog Costume: Cat In The Hat

I ordered a costume for Lucy, our one year old pug, but it got lost. I wanted her to wear it at Dogtoberfest, the annual ASPCA benefit here in Jacksonville, FL.

Once I realized the costume I bought wasn't coming, I found some red and white felt and put together this costume. I also made a matching goldfish one for our other dog, Maggie.
