My dog is picky and loves them! Plus they're inexpensive to make!
by: Anonymous

Well, I've been searching all over for dog treat recipes for my dog Yukon. He's a very picky eater and the only treats he ever likes are extremely expensive treats that other dog owners give him. Right now we're in a training class and tonight was the last day... So I wanted to have a yummy recipe that would make him do well.

This was it!! They're very simple and inexpensive. Plus, they aren't all hard! You see my dog training class requires soft dog treats and I just didn't put them in for the full baking time so they're softer and easy to chew.

And, this is also VERY quick and not time consuming at all!! I didn't even add the garlic clove or parsley.

All in all I give this a five star rating.... Everyone should try this recipe at least once!

Yummy Yum...Special Tip
by: Anonymous

Sounds Yummy (for dogs, I don't think I'll try it though)! Just don't add the garlic, it's actually very bad for dogs.

Editor's note: According to my sources, garlic has not been shown to be toxic unless added in high doses for the size of dog. (A holistic vet we trust recommends a clove of garlic a day given three days in a row for one remedy). Onions are a lot more of a problem.
