Do not feed your dog cat food
by: Anonymous

I was told by my vet you should never give your dog any type of cat food. Cats and dogs are not made the same and can cause a dog serious health issues.

NO CAT FOOD!
by: Anonymous

If you bought a high quality DOG food uch as SZolid Gold, Acana, Blue, or Wellness, these treats would be much, much healthier. Cat food is terrible for dogs, and they should never be given any.

treat/renal
by: Anonymous

I have to admit that most dogs would like these, but do you have any concerns about the concentration of protein from the cat food you use in causing renal issues in dogs??

Editor's note: If were given as a true treat - meaning only very occasionally, not several times a day, then it probably would not be harmful.
