Rice Sock For Chewing Puppies:

by Lauren
(Colorado)

Take a sock you no longer use or want and fill the foot part up with uncooked rice. Tie off the sock. You have to use a sock that doesn't have any holes. Also, a sock that has some length works best...no ankle socks. My dog loved the feeling of the rice on his gums when he was teething.

Editor's note:
Lovely idea! Just be sure to supervise your puppy when chewing on any sock materials.
